Washed Cotton Drill Fishtail Back Work Trousers (TR100)
We have finally responded to the insistent demands of our customers and produced high waisted trousers which match the work jackets.
They are made from the same high quality heavy cotton drill as the jackets.
These have been thoroughly washed so have immediate age and will continue to fade slightly with wear.
These traditional fishtail back trousers are cut using authentic patterns. They are finished with a strap and buckle at the back along with braces buttons. The fly is fully buttoned and there are deep side pockets.
They are best worn with our button braces as they should sit higher on the body than the modern position which is lower towards the hips.
The fit is generous so if in doubt buy a size smaller. As a guide, we recommend taking a measurement around your navel (high waist). Take up to 4in off this measurement and buy accordingly. With the smaller sizes (28in-34in) we advise reducing by only 2in.Â
When buying with the jacket JA100 we have found that the following ratios are most popular:
Jacket 40in – Trousers 32in
Jacket 42in – Trousers 34in
Measurements: Inside leg measurements unfinished at approximately 36 inches to allow for turn-ups.
Sizes: 26in – 54in waistÂ
