Junya Watanabe launched his eponymous line in conjunction with Comme des Garcons in 1993 after working as a designer for the brand prior. Watanabe’s designs reference punk and romantic aesthetics and the method of deconstruction. The Multi Panel Blazer combines classic style with contemporary flair. Its patchwork design and multiple zip pockets create a utilitarian style.Â
