Tokyo-based label Hender Scheme proposes a concept that goes beyond gender. Founded by Ryo Kashiwazaki, the brand offers an artisanal approach to fashion, crafting a collection of shoes, bags and accessories from fine leather with careful attention to detail and a focus on craftsmanship above all. In a triangular form, the Azuma Bag Big draws on the Japanese craft of ‘furoshiki’ – where cloth is wrapped around objects so they can be carried.
